"Video as a marketing tool" by Edwin RutschBring two to four of your artworks to make your own video Sunday, September 23rd,

Edwin Rutsch has been working with video for 16 years. He has created event and special interest videos, as well as, family history documentaries. His interests are in using technology and the arts to explore human values. For his last project "Inspiration and The Art of Living Black", he interviewed 50 artists from the TAOLB Art Exhibit and Open Studios and placed 160 video clips consisting of 8 hours of material on YouTube.

6.30 pm-8.00 pm Market Street Gallery: 1554 Market St., Map Learn strategies to develop an effective, concise 30 second synopsis of what is unique about you and your artwork. Over the course of this interactive two part workshop you will develop and present your written artist statement and practice your own 30 second pitch with peer review and instructor feedback. For the second session you will need to bring a finished piece of artwork (36 x 36 or smaller). |
