What if I forget my User Name and Password?

It is easy to recover a forgotten password. Just go to http://www.mesart.com/login.jsp and click on the “Forgot password” link. The password will be sent to the email address that was specified in your profile.

If you have forgotten your username, you’ll need to contact us by phone: (415) 641-4867.

How do I edit my profile?

In order to change the biography or contact information, login to your account using your username and password.

Profile:

To change your art category, biography, personal photo, website, links (optional), artist statement (optional), click on the 'My Profile' button in your account and add or change the text in the appropriate box.

Contact Information:

In order to change your name, address, phone, email and payment options, click on the 'My Contact Info' button ain your account and add or change the appropriate fields.
