What is MesArt's return policy?

MesArt has return policy of 7 days from when the buyer receives the item.

For art buyers:

If you are purchasing art using our online website ordering capability, you have a seven-day customer acceptance period to ensure your complete satisfaction with the artwork. You can return artwork to the seller within this period. If you decide to do so, you will have to ship it back insured to the artist at your expense. When MesArt received confimration that the seller received the art in the same condition as it was originally shipped, the purchase price will be refunded to you.

What if my artwork gets returned?

It is buyer responsibility to send the artwork back to the artist and pay for the return shipping. The artwork must be properly packaged and insured. The artist must notify MesArt upon receiving the artwork.

What if my artwork is damaged?

All shipped artwork must be insured (http://www.usps.com/insurance/online.htm) in order to compensated for any possible damage.
