Meet over 150 artists in their studios and experience the creative process firsthand at this annual event. Many of the artists' studios are located in unique and interesting spaces—from historic buildings in Old Town Eureka, to rustic settings with beautiful gardens along the coast and in the redwoods. Each weekend is devoted to a different part of Humboldt County.

A self-guided open studio tour of more than 100 professional artists. Visitors have the opportunity to meet and talk with some of the area's best artists and purchase directly from them. Maps with photos of artists' work are available at the Center for the Arts and other locations; maps are also available on the event's Web site. A preview exhibit at the gallery will be on view 5/19– 6/11; hours are Mon.–Fri. 10 a.m.–5 p.m., and weekends 1–4 p.m. Preview hours are extended on the two weekends of the tour to 10 a.m–5 p.m.
