What are requirements to get a domain name?
Anybody can register any available domain name.
How do I get/register a domain name?
If you would like to have your own domain name you must have an Artist Studio or Artist Gallery account and register a domain name. The less expensive way to register a domain name is at: http://www.godaddy.com. They'll try to make you buy their other services, such as 'private registration', but you typically won't need those.
When registering a domain name, enter the following information into your domain record at your domain registrar:
Primary Nameserver: ns1.kattare.com Primary Nameserver IP: 69.59.195.60
Secondary Nameserver: ns2.kattare.com Secondary Nameserver IP: 65.212.180.60
If they don't have a place to enter a numeric IP address (69.59.195.60), just enter the nameserver names (ns1.kattare.com).

How long does it take to hook up my domain name with my website?
It typically takes 2-4 business days for your domain name to be directed to our servers. You can continue setting up images and text on your website while waiting for this; your account is accessible through http://www.mesart.com/<your username>.
How do I set up an email with my domain name?
With your MesArt account, you get an email account, yourname@yourdomain.com. We can also forward the mail sent to this address to any other email account of your choice, for example, to your account at Hotmail, Yahoo!, or Google Mail, or an email account at your Internet Service Provider (AOL, Earthlink and the like). How do I get my site visitor statistics?
